The Calvary Reformed Church, located in Orland Park, IL, has begun a nationwide search for a Senior Director of Worship & Arts. This gifted artist will provide leadership for the worship and arts ministries of the congregation. This leadership will flow from: a personal commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, a maturing faith, a steadfast and humble character, a reliance on the authority of Scripture and prayer, and a call to equip the saints.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a quality vocalist and skilled instrumentalist with a working knowledge of music theory. He or she will also have experience leading worship services, teams, staff, and small groups. The ministry context suggests that the ideal candidate love tradition yet think out of the box, rely on the Scriptures yet express biblical truth in a fresh manner.
